Here are my times to the Opera House.

Leg 2 (Manly)	1:46	4:31
The Spit (Middle Harbour Yacht Club)	1:08	5:39
Leg 3 (Opera House)	1:19	8:09

 

I should mention that up-to Manly I bypassed any long stretches of beach by going along the road side. The distance was probably about the same but the times will be quicker and I also probably saved a little energy by doing this (which was exactly the idea!!).
