Brief Notes
A choice of three distances through the Royal National Park commencing and finishing at Heathcote - all the beauty of the Australian bush without having to travel out of Sydney.
The route is a mixture of single technical trail and fire trail through wooded native forest, open native scrub, and rainforest. This run is ideal training for those contemplating joining a Trailwalker team.

Course Summary
15km Heathcote Hustle: From the start the route follows the Heathcote-Audley trail to Audley and returns to Heathcote via the Uloola Falls and Karloo Pools tracks.
27km Heathcote Hurry Up: Same as for the Hustle to Uloola Falls then head South on Uloola track fire trail to the signpost marking Couranga track. Return to Uloola Falls and return to Heathcote via Karloo Pools.
34k Heathcote Helter Skelter: Same as for the Hurry Up to the Couranga track. Follow the Couranga track to McKell Ave and then turnaround and return to Heathcote as per the Hurry Up
40k Heathcote Figure Eight: Same as for the 34k Heathcote Helter Skelter to the sought end of Lady Carrington drive. Follow Lady Carrington Drive to Audley, then up to Robertson's roundabout, Uloola Falls via the Ridge Track and all the way to Heathcote via Karloo Pools.
30k Heathcote Classic Loop: Heathcote, Kangaroo Creak, Audley, Lady Carrington drive, Couranga track, Uloola Falls track, Uloola Falls, Karloo Pools, Heathcote.
