Three Headed Monster

Brief notes
This run came from the confluence of two ideas.
When Sdneys Great Coastal Walk was publicised is the media, several people had the same idea: Ultra!
Also, three blokes were discussing a desire to run 100km unsupported without putting themselves in the middle of the wilderness where they could end up eaten by a bunyip.
So this course is designed to be a beginners Fatass 100K. There is still no fees, no aid, no wimps, but there are plenty of service stations, shops, cafes, trains so that if you fall foul of injury you are not left to your bush survival skills.
