Hi all,

13km 1.41.58 AHR 130 Pace 7.50

Recovery

Posted by plu , 24 July 2006 - - - - - - · 125 views

Hi all,

I forgot to mention that  on Saturday I sort of said to Jenny I might go for a run tomorrow.  When I said bye bye at 4:00am and she wished me good luck I don't think she realised it was in Cessnock and a marathon  .

After the race I struggled up to the car yesterday to get changed,  then back down the hill and then realised that we...

With three days last week of 4-5 hours sleep due to the Alps stages in the Tour de France I crashed on Friday night hoping there would be nothing big happening in France.  Nick had rugby at Rose Bay and then we caught up with John, Belinda, Alex and Giselle at dural and talkedabout their trip to the World Cup and...

Hi all,

Friday 6km Run 41.26 MHR 162 AHR123 6.54 per km

A bit of a ramble.

I mentioned during my post while in Canberra about the interview with the environmentalist  about the the Glacial, India and Pakistan. ...

E2a 31.23 minutes
E2b 4.58
E3 58 seconds

I only got 6 out of 10 for the questions.  I did answer the question on the smoking based on my experience.  Being in a family that smoked prevented me from smoking...

Hi all,

8:40 pm: 6 km run in 40:16 minutes AHR 125 Pace 6.42 per km

18.49 in 60-70% sports zone and 19.57 in 70-80 sports zone

It is really interesting to draw the comparison to cycling because the run was very pedestrian and the heart rate was higher than the hard ride today and it did not feel high in the run.  The foot pod with the new shoes...

Hi all,

28km, 1.05.32,  AHR 116, Pace 25.7 km/hour

Same...
