Well, I haven't exactly made the great return-to-running that I suggested in the last blog post. In fact, I've only run three times in that 10 days (18,10,8 km). Which puts me 30 behind on my whole "average 5km/day" thing.
Been finding motivation really hard recently - with no running buddy, and life and stuff getting in the way.

So far I have stuck to running on a regular basis this year but missed a few sessions in the gym (valid reasons) but now need to get into a routine of going again.
Get yourself started again and back into a routine and you will be fine.
