I've had success recently with Wright Socks in overcoming some nagging blisters and hot spots on longer runs... However I've been finding it hard to track down and additional pair in Melbourne. Does anyone have any other recommendations for dual layer socks?

I use Bonds socks from kmart, if im running over 20km i will put vaseline where most friction is likely to happen. I have done Ironman and ultras up to 100km and rarely have an issue. IMHO i think expensive fancy socks are a load of Sh*t.

I have had great success with a double layer of Nike socks.
I think they are good value for money.I got through C2K with them and without a change.

I've used Hilly Twin Skin Socklets - available in male and female...no problems with them at all!
