Anyhow, so onwards and upwards, i ran a 14.34 last year and got held up a fair bit the start, so I think i have some room for improvement.
9-10 weeks to go, its time to pump out some meaty kms... looking forward to it.
Im not going up the mountains anymore this weekend but will be doing 50km around sydney on saturday.
