Went out around the bay this morning for my run. I was supposed to only do 4km, but was running pretty well last night at class in warm up and decided I'd stretch the legs a little more today and did the full loop (and my butt is really stiff this morning from glute exercises last night, so wanting to keep moving!). Will hopefully manage a gentle run with moondust on Sunday arvo (and a chance to catch up before leaving) and then that's it! On the plane on Wed afternoon and race day is Sat 26th.
Some last minute things to be done, but mostly all organised. Gadfairy is getting quite sad now and spends lots of her time giving me cuddles and drawing me pictures to take with me!
