Despite the rain had a great time this morning running the 1st event of the new running wild season
excellent course with hills, up and down, roads, fire trails, single trail etc, so it was a really good variety
As usual the view from Mt Portal lookout was superb
Finished in 1:30:35 which was a nice hit out after the Sydney Mara last week
Was a bit worried about the hammy with all the ups and downs, but seems fine right now.
Didnt go flat out but put in a solid effort as I try and get back to peak fitness
