Well due to missing a training session this week I doubled up today with a 5k race and a session straight after and it went fairly well.
I'm not quite 100% at the moment because of some little niggles here and there but managing to stay on top of them at the moment. The 5k race went well and resulted in a PB of 17:44 over 5k so I am pleased with this especially as this is on 'training legs' and was slightly quicker than when I do a solo TT.
Hoping I can finish off the week well with a good long run tomorrow and then have a good week next week inlcuding performing well during my 5000m race next Saturday.
