Made a big mistake, was going to do Hills Aths Track 3km race in the afternoon so decided not to run and just take the children to swimming.
Got home after swimming and decided to trim the palm trees.
This was my mistake, it took me the rest of the day and was really hard work so I was buggered when I had finished but still had not run for the day.
So I went 1 hour after dinner, mistake #2.
I got bad tummy cramps and had to walk a couple of the hills so and cut the run short.
All up not a good run, the only reason I ran at all was to keep the run days going.
15 more and I will be up to 100 so will stop the running every day then.

Still felt a bit tired but loosened up by the end of the run.
Body could of run more then but we had a family day planned so had to cut it short.
All up not the best week of running but it is the first week back so can only get better.
Still managed 70.3km for the week, that is not close to my target of 100km per week average.
Will try to move a little closer to the 100km next week and over the week after.
