I am not sure why but the last few weeks since pulling my right ITB I have really enjoyed my running.
You would think the injury would of got me down but I have tried to not worry about it and do what I can without hurting it more.
I have not been doing any speed work and doing a lot more trail runs.
Running to/from work via Penno Park so I guess 65% trail for the 12km each way and plenty of up and down hills but no pressure to run quickly.
Even with the recent weather very humid and wet and the trails being very muddy and slippy I have been having a great time.
Hope the mojo stays for a long time.
