Thanks to everybody who sent messages about my race yesterday.
It did not goes as well as planned.
I was on the Criniti bus and feeling very good and happy.
Grant joined us at the HM turn around and then continued to finish the HM.
Just before then my gut started to feel like they were about to cramp then Dave turned around passed the 27km not long after fisrt vomit then again at 30km and 34km then lots of walking to finish the Marathon guts feeling like crap.
Decided to continue on for the 50km seems how my guts had started to gte better so just jogged the next 8km.
Not sure what to do next the gut problems keep coming and going and it is ruining races other side effects, feeling a bit down.
Happy that so many friends had great race Jenny and Grant,Melissa Selby, Natalie Watson and Greg Finlay to name a few.
Marathon time = 3:39:02
50km time = 4:22:54
I just checked and that is actually a new road 50km PB by close to 11 minutes.
Not what I was aiming for but still a PB, I have not done a 50km since Canberra 2009.

Just curious. I know of people taking anti-diarrhea drugs for the opposite ends problems...
