Thursday A School Visit 1 Hour Spin Cycle

Hi all,
1 hour spin cycle , 23km
I had a good day at Macarthur Anglican School with other ICT integrators. It was a cold sleeting morning and the setting reminded me of living in Bowral.
I really enjoyed the drive along the M7 most of the time looking at where the cycleway was and thinking I need to go for a ride a long it some day in the future. Also I thought about the Western Cities marathon which is on the to do list in a year or so.
Once home I caught up with some emails and Nick's new Birdhouse Skate Board had a few clicks in it so I took it back to SDS while he studied for another assessment task.
I was delaying doing some exercise and finally at 8:20pm I jumped on the bike listening to Cold Chisel songs I alternated big gears and small gears with each song.
