I spent most of last night on the phone to Murry watching the mountains stage of the Tour. It will all be happening tonight but if you saw the winner last night he was really wobbly at the end. He almost hit the camera bike in front of him, he was foaming at the mouth - he was right on the edge - literally in the 10km descent.
Yesterday and today's run were purposely in new areas - just running. Yesterday I looped around Beecroft and came up and down the paths/trails of the railway line here. Today I ran towards Thornleigh to the oval where the Trailwalker Checkpoint is and then ran through the bush and back home. Here is the map.
The pace is slow but gee at least I can run.
