Hi all,

Sunday 8 April 70 min cycle  and 40 minute walk including 10 minute run
Monday 9 April 1:50 hr cycle 60 walk with 15minute run
Tuesday 10 April 55 minute ride 55 minute walk with 15 minute run
Wednesday 11 April two by 55 minute rides
Thursday 12 April  55 minute ride
Friday 13 April two by 55 minute ride
Saturday 14 April two by 55 minute rides in 53 and 47 minutes
Sunday 15 April 55 minute ride and 40 minute walk with 21 minute run 3 minutes per lap
Monday 16 April 55 minute ride and 40 minute walk with 21 minute run 3 minutes per lap

Still very nervous about jogging and walking hence the break for a few days.
