Trail run from home - 3:50 hours

Hi all,


I headed out for a long  trail run today. 3:50 hours - I just measured it the run was 19 km 12 minutes per km or 5km per hour - I need to get to about 7 km per hour to be able to do a trail ultra.  That would make 100 km on a similar very hilly course - if I can hold the pace with no breaks like today in 20 hours.

First month since I don't know when but at least pre 2004 where I have done no running in fact I have not had a run since 21 January.

I have coped since I have got back into riding, watched what I eat and have kept my weight down to under 77kgs for the first time ironically since pre 2004. LOL
