Not a lot to report.
Mother-in-law came thru her surgery on tuesday pretty well. Hopefully will be allowed out of hospital in the next day or two. Unsure when the chemo and radioation will start, but the dangerous part for her is over.
I managed to lose .3kg this week. Nothing spectacular, but considering the stress of the past week, its not to bad.
Have the club twighlight tri on saturday, followed by our street christmas party, so i can exercise then party. Pretty good combination.
