Progressing Slowly

Im now into week 4 of my first month of coach KB's training plan.  I have loved the structure of knowing exactly what i am expected to do each week.
I admit it took a week or two to get into the flow of doing every session, but once over that little hiccup, its been great.
I have been seeing tiny glimmers of improvement. Today i managed to do 2kms in 17mins. Now to everyone else that would seem really slow, but for me its a massive improvement. Now to be able to hold that pace for 7kms in October and im happy.
I still have a long way to go on the bike, 25kms is the farthest ive gone so far, but im certain i will be about to do the 30kms in a reasonable time for Gold Coast.
