Check up with the physio yesterday and things are healing well, but i have at least another 6 - 8 weeks of no running or long walks.
I can start back at spin classes (2 a week) and if that doesn't aggravate the leg then in another week i can start riding my bike but no large hills, big gears.
Its very frustrating not being able to run, i miss it but i only want to have to go thru this once so im trying really hard to do as im told.
My friends husband has offered to do the run leg of Huski tri for me, so at least i can still do something.
