Injuries suck. That is one thing i have learnt over the past 12mths. First it was shin splints, then it turned into a stress fracture of the tibia, then that healed and the tendinitis hung around. Throw in a crash on the pushie that damaged the shoulder and its been a bummer of a year.
Finally get the leg sorted, do a triathlon in February and low and behold, looks like i have finally stuffed the shoulder well and truely. When will this nasty little cycle finish. Waiting on MRI results to see the extent of the damage.
So in the 12mths my fitness has not improved, my weight hasn't gone anywhere and my mood has hit rock bottom.
Time to get back to basics, start walking, slowly start jogging and start having fun.
