Having read about MapMyRun.com I decided to give it a go. Certainly kills a lot of time, but it's a great motivator. I've already mapped 4 or 5 runs and added them to my log. The daily pace doesn't change much but I look forward to reviewing the results in months to come. The HRM is back on again, mostly to track time, although I am recording HR as well.
Created a new run which took me around the lake last week. It's a good mid-week challenge. A steady climb up and around the lake with a mostly downhill return.
