Has been a while between blog entries but had to let you know that all going well here! :-)
Training for MM continues nicely but that is now pretty much a secondary goal! Yes, I'll go out and run it and enjoy it BUT it's not what I want to do.
I am totally addicted to trails as in I'm loving it! :-)

Warm Up :
Fartlek - 20 min warm up (5.30 min K's).
Then do
1 x 5 min hard,
1 x 5 min easy,
1 x 4 min hard,
1 x 4 min easy,

Nice relaxing afternoon run.
Ended up doing x2 runs. Was finishing up and a mate came up so ended up doing an extra lap! :-)

Hi All,
The running is coming along aok at the moment with a light run this week (only a 6km run).
However put in 2 days of cross training this weekend whereby the family and I did some Bush walking! :-)
Up and down hills we travelled! Had a ball!
