Light Interval Session

Hi,

1st session in a year of some easy interval work and testing out my foot (left) with a bit of speed.

Simple sprints, 500 metres. Did x4 of them to test the foot out and put in a fast (for my current fitness) a sub 5 min kilometre.

The left foot is still 'unstable' and doesn't feel quite right, even after a year's worth of rest. The impact to the front left toe, lateral side is simply not the same as the right foot nor since the injury. Otherwise was great. A freezing day, rain, windy, wild but awesome! Had my lovely Lisa as well doing her own fitness which made it 10 times as much fun! :-) Let the fitness plans continue! :-)

Not feeling as unfit as I was last week! I really have missed running! :-)
