Just back from lovely ride on rail trail. Good surface, one of the best maintained rail trails I've been on (Great Southern Rail Trail, we went Meeniyan to Foster and back). Legs feel good, the stiffness did work out of the quads etc. General tiredness but that will be OK with sleep.
