Getting Back Into It

Well, after a couple of weeks being a total slackass (I was off scuba diving in NSW, attending a technical diving conference, and generally hitting the town with my mates) it's time to get back into running.  Over the break I've gained a few kilos, so it's time to get serious. Damn serious. Yeah.

On Tuesday, I posted on my FB: 30 days of exercise, proper food, and no grog. Starting.... [now]

(Hmm, it's St Paddies day today. Oh well, no grog won't kill me)

So a 13.5km run on Tuesday, and 22km run today.  I didn't mean to run quite that far today, but I got lost in the suburbs.  I actually had to walk a couple of times (sore feet), so I don't think I'll count that one. Missed my cross-training on Wednesday, feeling sore. Wimp. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

I'm sortof intending to do a HM program, but I haven't exactly been sticking to it so far.

Hmmm. Very blah so far.
