Woke up with a fairly stiff back, must remember to stretch in the evenings, especially if I've run. Was fine after using the roller on the ITBs and hamstring stretches.
Hit Jindalee Pool after work for a 100 metre warm, 4 x 50 metres on 1:30 turnaround (i.e. swim 50, wait until 1:30 including the 50 passes, swim another 50, and so), then 3 x 100 on 3:00 turnaround. Felt okay, 50's felt pretty hard.
Abs 3 x 20 (front, sides, back) on bosu board.
