Up early to sneak in a session on the Nundah Crit Track (1.2km, basically flat with gentle curves that can be easily rounded on TT bars).
Part 1 - 25.47km in 44:07 @ 34.6km/h. Felt okay but concentration was a bit of an issue later on in the session (20 odd laps of 1.2km will do that). Course was fairly lightly trafficked.
Took a quick comfort stop, and then:
Part 2 - 1 lap easy (2:32), 1 hard (1:48), 1 easy (2:24), 1 hard (1:47), 1 easy (2:25)
Hit the pool in the afternoon, defying the storms (which skirted our area) and swam 1200 metres - was originally only going to do 1000, but felt okay:
