Core session in the morning along with stretching - 1 min of bridge, side bridge, raised hips, 4 x 30 seconds opposing arm and leg.

Afternoon gentle 4:48 per km pace run for 3.1k in 14:54.  Ran sockless in Nike Free 3.0s.

Stretching hamstrings prior to bed has vastly improved lower back stiffness on rising.
