About 4 weeks ago I went overseas for 3 weeks. I didn't get much training in and my penchant for beer meant I put on a couple of kg's and lost some fitness.

Training has gone well with no injury since the Sydney Running Festival (touch wood).

When I was young I was very active, I played cricket from a very young age and was an avid swimmer. Being an asthmatic with a very caring set of parents they always encouraged me to swim and keep active for my healths sake.
