Dissapointing finsh off to September. Come down with a chest infection and have only run twice this week. Thought it was just the flu and ran on Wednesday & played soccer on Thursday night...which in turn made me sleep from 1pm yesterday until 7am this morning! Was still jealous of the people i saw out running on the way to work this...

Game day!
Early rise at 340am, throw on the running gear - and tracky dacks and a jumper because it was pretty damn cold! Eat a slice of bread, grab an apple and head over to my sister in laws place.
Suprisingly she and her man are ready to go so up to the train station we go. 445am from Padstow!
Changed trains at Wynyard and standing room...

The wife and two kids had the flu & gastro from last sunday so wasnt able to get out at all on my "wknd".
Got to Thursday and went for a 5km jog at lunch (as it was smokey as hell and smoke is one thing that sets my asthma off) and thought i was out of the woods...
