Training last week was good, fell a few metres short of my 30km goal but happy enough :-
Mon - Rest
Tues - 6.7km easy jog 6.34min/km 44.09mins
Wed - Soccer
Thurs - 7.09km easy lunch run 6.20min/km 44.55mins
Fri - Rest
Sat - 15.46km slow jog/walk 7.14min/km 112.19mins (couldnt feel my hands during this run started at 540am along the water at Brighton - did a few km on the sand too)
Sun - Rest
Total 29.25km
Will try and increase up towards 35km this week and increase intensity a bit on the shorter runs!
