A very frustrating week of no exercise at all. Sprained ankle ended up worse than first thought, still havent managed a run yet and it Thursday 5/7!
All being well i should get out on Saturday morning for a test out, feeling better but still a bit tight and sore around the "ball" and also my achilles but hoping will be ok once it warms up.
Only 2 weeks and a couple of days to Sutho2Surf so want to make sure its all good by then!
