		<description><![CDATA[10 June 2012 and a new Marathon PB.<br />
Went out with the target of sub 3:15 was spot on my splits as always to the halfway mark and was still on pace at the 32km mark which is not normal usually vomited a few times by then.<br />

It did not goes as well as planned.<br />

		<description><![CDATA[I am not sure why but the last few weeks since pulling my right ITB I have really enjoyed my running.<br />
You would think the injury would of got me down but I have tried to not worry about it and do what I can without hurting it more.<br />
I have not been doing any speed work and doing a lot more trail runs.<br />
