G'day Ingrid,
I have left a comment for PEEKIE suggesting if the two of you were up for a slowish run after you get back from the GMC that I would be interested as I would like to get to know some trails and distances etc..
My times seem similar to yours at the moment and we both have similar goals so if you ever want someone of a similar standard to run with from time to time
