Took it nice and easy after yesterday morning horrible run.
To my surprise I felt good the whole way and it was still quiet humid not as bad as yesterday day but still very sweaty.

PM run home was hot and still humid.
Was an OK run considering the conditions, will hopefully get faster even in hot and humid conditions just need to train for it and it will come. I hope.

Was going to be at Hills Aths but had to work back late.
So when running some regression tests went for a nice run at about 5pm.
Easy on the way out a bit more effort on the up hill return.
Quite happy with the last 5kms.

Felt good until the end when I started getting the feeling of vomits coming on.

For my second full week back very happy with how things are moving along.
Stamina is coming back another week of this and if still going well will start adding in a little more speed work.
Need to get faster for 6' because RodTheHornet the Beer bet RD has moved me up to the Golden stubby and some of these guy's are really fast so to be in the middle of this pack will need to run very well and get a big PB.
