Hi all,

Monday 21 May rest
Tuesday 22 May 55 minutes penno trail
Wednesday 23 I think no run- the watch states 2 + hours but cannot remember if I ran or I knocked the start button.
Thursday 24 May 40 minute spin
Friday 25 May 43 minute penno trail
Saturday 3:50 hours 19 km see report here
Sunday  40 minute penno trail run

Just to clarify I have between 1.5-1.8 km  grass verge running before I reach trails. Most of the 40minute runs are about 6km.

I actually feel really good after the long run yesterday.  I have been doing some research and sought runners and professional advice to buy trail shoes and decided on these:
