OK, I'm now over the excitement of the 2:56:02 at Cities. I need to go faster.
Funny how we runners are never satisfied isn't it?!
Recovery has been good. Runs (all under 60 minutes) riding and a couple of swims. Legs don't feel fresh but the soreness was gone by Wednesday. Got a tightness in my left calf and my injury is aching a fair bit, so I'll get a massage next week and hopefully that'll sort most of it.
Not sure of what events I've got coming up. I've entered Nepean Triathlon, which is in November, I want to do some half maras and I'll do one more marathon before the year is out.
Onwards we go.
