Runs - Zero

Swims -1500, 1500, 1500, almost 2 hours

Walks - 1500, 1500,3,3,3,4 = 19km 3 hours

Cycles - 2 hours, 35minutes,3.5 hours, 50, 50, 50, 50, 70, 85, 90, 50, 50, 50, 50 = 1010 minutes 16.8 hours 340km

Basic Facts:

24 separate sessions
20 hours of exercise
Weight consistently 75-76 kgs
I have not had a run since 21 January about 70 days- that is a record Posted Image
