hi ive just started really training for running, im a 18 yr old male. i have 4 weeks to improve my fitness and times.
My times are as follows:
1km: 3:35minutes
400m: (over intervals with 1 minute 30 sec rest) 1:29, 1:36, 1:33 and 1:32
3km: roughly 12 mins give or take
im currently running 3 times a week( consists mostly of 1km on its own and/or 2km, and 400m sprints) with weight training 3-4 times a week.
Would also appreciate feedback on my times

JP31 why did you start another thread asking the exact same questions that you did ?HERE
you will most likely only get the same answers (or less)
Simply put 4 weeks is not long enough to make a massive difference but if you run more often in the next four weeks obviously it will improve you faster than not doing it.
good luck

Well, he WAS told that he runs like a 12 year old girl.
And if the truth hurts one shouldn't ask the question, unless of course one wants people to lie just to make you feel good.
