Discretion the better part of valour today - I had scheduled in some 400 repeats, but after yesterday's efforts the legs were pretty beaten up and I had a bit of a strain the middle upper of my left calf, so with a bit of work on the roller and a massage ball, wore some compression socks and got out late in the afternoon for a bit under 6k in a bit under 27 minutes. Took a couple of miles to get moving but felt pretty good in the last two km or so.
The strain's a bit less evident now so a bit of work and blood through it should see it right. It wasn't evident at all through the run.
