I am looking for running partners to run Parramatta lake (3.5 km) or the trails from North Parramatta to West Pennant hills and back (18 km). Easy pace/ medium pace. I am 33 and like to run on sunday morning Long and midweek short.
Any other fun funky early 30 runners looking for a running mate?
I am also unable to get a pic on as my profile pic... can anyone help with this?

Can I suggest you attend one of three things.
HIlls 3/5k
Circa M7
CR West
At these events you will meet lots of like minded people who live round the hills/parramatta area.
It'll also give people a chance to meet you and make sure your not some kind of Axe wielding maniac
There's plenty of people who are out running and I am sure you will be welcomed and you'll find someone you can run with at these events.
I should be along to most of these at some point.
Cheers
Aaron

gehacas, there are plenty of runners in the area and a couple who run trails often. There's a few of us who run Quarry road trails to Hornsby Heights and some other local trails as well.
Your partners may be limited if it's just the early 30 year old running companionions you are after. The links listed are all good info where you are certain to meet likeminded runners. Just ask about trail runners and someone will point you in the direction.
I think you need to post a few times before you can have an avatar.

As all the others have said! I would put my hand up but I am no longer early 30's as I am almost halfway through them!
Willy 2 billy this weekend should be fun! Why not sign up and meet people there? If you like trails, maybe Running Wild? Or if you just want to run with others SMC. both Awesome!!!

Been a week since you posted gehacas.
Have you had a better offer????
Saturday morning Hill Happy Hoofers at Winston Hills are another option.
Raod / track runners groups also have trail runners. Meet up with one of the groups above & have a chat.
