Well another 6 weeks down and still making tiny improvement with the leg. This is a very frustrating journey. I know that my leg is slowly improving, but it is such a slow process that sometimes i just want to give up and say stuff it and go running. Sometimes it seems to be two steps forward and one backwards.
The only thing keeping me on the straight and narrow is the knowledge that if i behave myself and give the leg the full 6-12mths it needs to heal the chances of it happening again a minimal.
So for now im allowed to ride my bike, do spin classes, swim and work on the strength in my legs to stop this happening again.

Time moves on, that is a certainty, so if you look after one day at a time you will reach your goal. Hang in there!
