Our Son has been running for seven months with no training , making podium levels and Australian National level , with times of 4:40 for 2km , he also raced in regional in the wrong race 3km instead of 2km in 5:25mins he just turned 11 in May , we live mid north coast region , our little athletics is not running this year due to numbers being low , since start of Feb he has made state Swimming , National cross Country and State Athletics - 100, 200, 400,800, long jump any recommendations for coaches would be great . Thanks in advance.

Don't bother, just send him straight to the Olympics. I mean with 5.25 for 3k he could comfortably take the world record. If you are going to quote times at least quote them accurately and you may get a less sarcastic response. If you are serious I suspect you are mixing up his times with his per km pace.
