Hi all,
Tuesday 6km and a day the city
6km, 41:35, 6:54 perkm, 129/162
7.04
7.02
7.17
7.08
6.31
6.26
I had some back leg lifts to do during the run and had to concentrate on getting back kick without the flick. That was in the last two km.
Life
I spent the day in the Polding Centre on Liverpool Street for an EDNA 2.0 Conference. Well except for a little break for a walk to Kent Street to meet JoggerKev. As we were walking to Starbucks some runners went by and the current Six Foot Track Director was greeted by the previous Six Foot Track Director.
Over coffee we chatted about the Cool Running AGM last Friday, Cool Running wikis and how it has freed up the web page so that people can add their own things. We joked how we might have to host a Cool Running training day so that people can be made aware of and how to use all the great web functions on Cool Running.
As I always say I really enjoy the odd trip to the city. I spent all the time walking and on the train listening to Zen Podcasts.
Once home I had a physio appointment at 6:30. Paul is pleased with how I have progressed and even brought up the fact that I will run up at the Gold Coast. So I will have a couple of weeks off from physio, do my exercises, run no more than 4 by 6km (slow) per week and run the half and hopefully my first Striders 10km (for the year)the following Saturday.
cheers Plu

What ever happened to "Those who say do not know, Those who know do not say".
Good news that we will be seeing you at the Gold Coast.
