Had class tonight and our trainer commented she thought that I was looking fitter again and it was time to push me a little more.........I agree, that it's time to start pushing a little and stretching the distance once a week, and the speed on another shorter run each week.
Looking around Orange on the weekend, I'm a little concerned about the hills ....and the comments on the Orange half thread from this year - will I be up for the challenge to make Orange my first half in March? I really don't think I'll do the Sydney in May..... but maybe the Canberra....... still unsure.
Tossing up whether to sell the treadmill. It hasn't been used for at least 9 months now.....but I'm fearful that once I sell it....I'll get injured or something and need it.
Not sure whether I'll run tomorrow morning or not - might give my feet a day to settle after the new orthotics and go on the weekend.
Swimming lessons in the morning with Gadfairy and then a quiet day for last day of school holidays....has been a nice one.
