So it's been a while. A long while. A very very long while!
Since my last post things have not gone very well at all runningwise. BUT I am now back on the wagon - have food diary to shed a few unwanted kgs, rejoined the gym and best of all have a program to get me to the Central Coast half on November 27 in good shape.
Stay tuned for more updates, I've decided that I'm going to blog more often to keep myself on the straight and narrow.
