Monday 16 April 55 minutes Avoca 40 minute walk with 20 minute run
Tuesday 17 April 90 minute Avoca and Copa ride 40 minute walk with 20 minute run
Wednesday 18 April 40 minute spin - Penno
Thursday 19 April 50 minute Westleigh ride, 55 minute walk with 25 minute run - Penno Park
Friday 20 April 50 minute Westleigh ride, 55 minute walk with 25 minute run - Penno Park
Saturday 21 April 4 hour 3 gorges - Bobbin Head, Berowra and Galston Gorges 73 km

Definitely a lot more exercise compared to when I just ran each month - 13.5 hours this week. This is almost ironman training hours - hmmm.
