Surprised some of the suggested categories were not taken up.

If anything I want to reduce categories. We added one more this year and one last year, so no I don't see us adding many more. If you lobby hard enough during the year and there is a groundswell of support, then maybe. Just because people just randomly toss a dozen suggestions into the ring, does not obligate anyone to add them in.

I can't believe that photo of MRX isn't winning. It's a great picture and I voted for it even though I have no idea who MRX is.

Bugger, I forgot to nominate Bankstown Hidden Half for the half marathon.

Good having the 'None of the above' option available.  It's winning in lots of areas.  :o

MRX is awesome!  What a photo!

MRX is martin schot - winner of the glasshouse 100 mile 2004.
performed admirably in the GH100 and GNW100s this year also!
he is on mt beerwah summit - the tallest of the glasshouse mountains.
when i first looked at the photo i thought he was taking a leak.
but i dont believe this to be true  :o

At the risk of re-igniting an old argument, why is the GOR "Marathon", in both the best Marathon and Best Ultra-Marathon Category? :o
