I am a bit of a simple bloke ,,maybe thats why i like running ,,put the gear on and off u go
the gear itself is fairly standard not like some my tri gear which gets complicated for me
and usually i walk into my local sports shop have a good chat to my mate ben who is a handy athlete ,get my same shoes and off i go ,,happy as ,the world is a good place :)
on advice i changed from pegasus to perseus and have found them great but no more
nike in their wisdom have figured it is time to discontinue this line of shoe and replace it with something else
i am confidant someone who went to university and is more exeperienced in marketing and the physce of the local runner and earns more cash than me made the call
i am just a simple runner and it is way to complex for me
can some one please explain why to me in easy to understand langue
i like to think if it works dont fix it but not at nike apparently
no i am not bitter and twisted but i am thinking of counseling
am i thinking of changing to a better way and go ing the loco way ,u better believe it,,there are only so many times u can break a mans heart B)

Just think about what we'd all be running in if running shoe companies never made any changes ever.

Its sad when a beloved pair of shoes is discontinued, but something better always comes along.

Hi G.T.!

this is your friendly neighbourhood sneaker freaker here

here's where it's at with the Nike Perseus - IT'S ALIVE!

as you mentioned someone sitting in Nike's office somewhere thought it would be a good idea to change the name

it's currently called Air Coos

believe it or not, will be changed back to Air Perseus

and in the not too distant future it will be called the Air Span

hope this helps

Sadly, I have never found a pair of shoes to match the Nike Talaria I bought about nine years ago. (The bright yellow ones). For my foot these were the perfect shoe for either racing or training and I still use them for track work on grass!

I currently have a pair of ASICS Gel Flash (and others) but they just don't work for me as well.

I think Nike still use the name, but looks to be a soccer boot.

Any suggestions?
